Jesse Eudy Memorial Charity Golf Classic
November 17, 2017 - Cobblestone Park Golf Club - 12 pm
Congaree Rapid FC will host the 9th Annual Jesse Eudy Memorial Charity Golf Classic on Friday, November 17, 2017 (12:00 p.m.) at Cobblestone Park in Blythewood, SC. Mr. Jesse Eudy was the former CRFC president and instrumental in the growth of youth soccer in the Midlands. CRFC established a scholarship fund in 2009 to honor the memory of Mr. Eudy. More than $45,000 has been raised in Jesse's honor to assist more than 400 players to participate in youth soccer!
Enjoy a complete program of special events including:
- 18 holes of golf with cart - 4 Players/Team Captain's Choice
- Range balls
- Bagged lunch beforehand
- Longest drive contests
- Closest to the pin challenge
- Cookout and Awards presentation afterwards
- Cost: $85 per player by October 31st ($100 November 1-17)
All proceeds will be distributed to these organizations selected by the Eudy family.

Congaree Rapid FC is hosting the 9th Annual Jesse Eudy Memorial Charity Golf Classic November 17, 2017 at Cobblestone Park Golf Club.
Congaree Rapid FC (CRFC) exists to provide classic league soccer for the Cayce-West Columbia and Downtown Columbia soccer communities. The club operates as a non-profit 501(c)(3) eleemosynary organization (Federal ID# - 57-0977722). Our mission is to serve the youth of our community and it is our intent that no child be prohibited from playing competitive soccer for financial reasons.
Jesse Eudy was a former president of CRFC and instrumental in the growth of youth soccer in the Midlands. CRFC has set up the Jesse Eudy Memorial Scholarship Fund to honor the memory of Mr. Eudy and to make sure that financial restrictions do not hinder any child from experiencing the game of soccer and all the life lessons learned from this game.
Money raised from the golf tournament will be distributed to the Jesse Eudy Memorial Scholarship Fund, Camp Kemo, and the Christopher Conner Foundation.

CRFC Volunteers & Sponsors Needed
The following is needed for the upcoming JEMCGC, November 17, 2017.
HOLE SPONSORSHIP - $100 per hole (includes sign at the designated hole)
GOLFERS - We still have spots for some teams. Ask around at work, friends and family. Also share the Tournament event on the Facebook page.
BOTTLED WATER - We need 10 cases of water. Donations accepted.
ITEMS FOR GOLFER BAGGIES - If you know of any companies or business that want to include items for the golfer bags. In the past we have had items donated such as sunscreen, chapstick, koozies, first aid kits, etc. Please ask around and if you know of someone that wants to give, we are expecting 100 golfers.
Registration table - 4 volunteers to take payment and sell raffle tickets and mulligans.
Closest to the pin - 2 volunteers to sit at one of the Par 3's where we will do a contest
Beverage Cart - 4 volunteers 2 in each cart to drive around and distribute beverages
RAFFLE TICKETS -
All raffle tickets sold by CRFC players/staff should be turned in no later than November 15. The raffle drawing will take place on November 17 at Cobblestone Park Country Club around 5 pm. Winners need not be present to claim their prize. Raffle tickets are only $5 and each player is expected to sell a minimum of 10 tickets. Any player that sells 50 or more will qualify for a NIKE backpack!
